What is Noda?
Noda is reshaping online payments, allowing seamless transactions from customers to merchants' bank accounts. With a footprint in the UK, EU, and Canada (Australia up next!), we're seeking a talented Affiliate/Community Manager (Gaming) to be part of our dynamic team.
Your mission:
Together with our R&D team, you will be working on developing, launching and introducing to the market a completely new product – a Donations Platform for streamers. You will be serving as the main link between our product team and the gaming community (the potential end-users of the platform). Your involvement in the project will be divided into 2 main work streams:
1. Direct contact with potential end-users and feedback collection from the gaming community:
- Leveraging your extensive network of streamers in Poland, Germany and/or the Netherlands, you’ll be pitching the product, collecting feedback from its potential end-users and sharing it with our product team;
- This way, you will be directly involved in shaping the final product and its features.
2. Promoting the product through affiliate marketing:
- Once the product is launched, you’ll be establishing an affiliate program from the ground up and taking full ownership of it;
- You’ll continue cultivating and nurturing strong relationships with bloggers, streamers, and opinion makers to promote the product across various channels, once again utilizing your extensive network of contacts to maximize our market outreach;
- You will proactively source potential partners and effectively close sales;
- You’ll serve as the main point of contact for affiliate inquiries and support;
- And finally, you will potentially have a chance to grow your own team down the line.
The product you'll be working with:
The Donations Platform we’re working on is a handy solution for streamers that makes collecting donations easy both during and outside of streams. It boosts income by offering additional monetization avenues and requires no time-consuming setup. Key benefits include automatic setup tailored to each streamer and our team's extensive expertise in payment processing. Our goal is to simplify the technical side so streamers can focus on their craft.
What are your skills and experience:
- 2+ years of experience in a position that involves close direct contact with the gaming community;
- An established network of influencers in the Netherlands, Germany and/or Poland (must-have), or Bulgaria and/or the Baltic countries (nice-to-have);
- A good understanding of the gaming industry landscape;
- Experience working with influencers on streaming services (we’d like to see collaborations with streamers on Twitch and similar platforms);
- An ability to quickly grasp the concepts behind various technical products and communicate them to new prospects;
- Skills in business development, closing deals and sales;
- Proactivity and a strong sense of ownership: you’ll be establishing and further developing an affiliate program from scratch;
- Strong organizational skills paired with leadership;
- Exceptional communication skills.
