Hi! We're on the lookout for a vibrant Recruiter (with a focus on GTM roles) to join Noda, a licensed UK Payment Institution and the brains behind an innovative Open Banking payments platform. If you're fueled by fintech excitement and seek a global career journey, keep reading!
What is Noda?
Noda is reshaping online payments, allowing seamless transactions from customers to merchants' bank accounts. With a footprint in the UK, EU, Canada, and Australia (Singapore up next!), we're seeking a talented Recruiter to be part of our dynamic team.
Your mission:
- Full-cycle recruitment: manage the end-to-end recruitment process for GTM roles (with a strong focus on Sales and Account Management positions), including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers to qualified candidates.
- Sourcing strategies: develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-performing professionals through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Candidate assessment: conduct in-depth interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit with the company. Utilize behavioral interviewing techniques and other assessment tools.
- Stakeholder collaboration: partner closely with Revenue department management to understand their specific needs, team dynamics, and desired candidate profiles. Provide guidance on market trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Talent pipeline development: build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future GTM roles, ensuring a consistent flow of top talent.

Employer branding: promote the company's brand as an employer of choice within the FinTech community and deliver excellent candidate experience to our candidates.
What are your skills and experience:
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on sales or revenue-generating roles. Experience in recruiting for senior-level sales positions is a plus;
- Strong understanding of Sales and Account Management roles, sales processes, and the qualities of successful Sales and AM professionals;
- Excellent sourcing and headhunting skills;
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken Russian and English;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities;
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools;
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close candidates effectively;
- High level of professionalism and integrity;
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach;
- Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders;
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills;
- Experience in the FinTech industry will be considered an advantage.
