What is Noda?
Noda is reshaping online payments, allowing seamless transactions from customers to merchants' bank accounts. With a footprint in the UK, EU, Canada, and Australia (Singapore up next!), we're seeking a talented Data Engineer to be part of our dynamic team.
Your mission:
- Develop and Maintain ETL Processes: Design, implement, and optimize ETL workflows using Azure Data Factory or other Microsoft tools to ensure efficient data movement and transformation.
- Design and Manage Data Warehousing Solutions: Create and maintain data warehouse architecture on ADX, ensuring data integrity, accessibility, and scalability.
- Data Modeling and Database Design: Develop data models to support analytical reporting and performance requirements, ensuring optimized data structures.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with data analysts, product analysts, and business stakeholders to understand requirements, gather data, and deliver solutions aligned with business goals.
- Optimize and Monitor Database Performance: Conduct regular performance tuning and troubleshooting
- Integrate Data from Various Sources: SQL, noSQL, APIs and other tools to pull and integrate data from different sources, building pipelines that deliver consistent, accurate information across platforms.
- Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Document data architecture, processes, and troubleshooting guides, providing clear resources for the team and ensuring continuity in data operations.
What are your skills and experience:
- SQL Proficiency: Strong skills in SQL
- Programming: Proficiency in Python for automation and data tasks.
- ETL Development: Experience with ETL tools like Azure Data Factory.
- Data Warehousing: Familiarity with data warehouse design
- Data Modeling: Knowledge of data modeling techniques (star/snowflake schemas).
