What is Noda?

Noda is reshaping online payments, allowing seamless transactions from customers to merchants' bank accounts. With a footprint in the UK, EU, Canada, and Australia (Singapore up next!), we're seeking a talented Salesforce Developer to be part of our dynamic team. 

Your mission:

• Automate workflows and rules in CRM;
• Integration with front/back/internal systems;
• Regular control of the correctness of the CRM - system (Salesforce);
• Regular checking and updating of data in the CRM system (Salesforce);
• Fixing, processing and escalation of incoming requests for CRM (Salesforce) from company employees;
• Creation and configuration of analytical data;
• Process optimization of existing systems;
• Preparation of documentation and instructions for Salesforce;
• Assisting users when necessary.

What are your skills and experience?

1. Salesforce Experience:

• At least 2–4 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
• Proficiency in working with Salesforce Lightning (LWC, Aura Components).

2. Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) development and customization.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Understanding of CI/CD processes (Salesforce DX, Git).
• Experience with Workflow Rules, Process Builder, and Flow.
• Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming and application architecture design.

3. Soft Skills:

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and interact with other departments.
• Attention to detail, responsibility, and a commitment to improvement.

4. Language Skills:

• Proficiency in English at a level no lower than B2 (for interaction with an international team).
• Native or bilingual level of Russian.

5. Qualifications and Certifications (nice to have):

• Salesforce Administrator and/or Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Platform Developer II is a plus).
• Knowledge of Salesforce development best practices and methodologies.
