What is Noda?
Noda is reshaping online payments, allowing seamless transactions from customers to merchants' bank accounts. With a footprint in the UK, EU, Canada, and Australia (Singapore up next!), we're seeking a talented Salesforce Developer to be part of our dynamic team.
Your mission:
- Automate workflows and rules in CRM;
- Integration with front/back/internal systems;
- Regular control of the correctness of the CRM - system (Salesforce);
- Regular checking and updating of data in the CRM system (Salesforce);
- Fixing, processing and escalation of incoming requests for CRM (Salesforce) from company employees;
- Creation and configuration of analytical data;
- Process optimization of existing systems;
- Preparation of documentation and instructions for Salesforce;
- Assisting users when necessary.
What are your skills and experience?
1. Salesforce Experience:
- At least 2–4 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
- Proficiency in working with Salesforce Lightning (LWC, Aura Components).
2. Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) development and customization.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
- Understanding of CI/CD processes (Salesforce DX, Git).
- Experience with Workflow Rules, Process Builder, and Flow.
- Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming and application architecture design.
3. Soft Skills:
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and interact with other departments.
- Attention to detail, responsibility, and a commitment to improvement.
4. Language Skills:
- Proficiency in English at a level no lower than B2 (for interaction with an international team).
- Native or bilingual level of Russian.
5. Qualifications and Certifications (nice to have):
- Salesforce Administrator and/or Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Platform Developer II is a plus).
- Knowledge of Salesforce development best practices and methodologies.
