What is Noda?
Noda is reshaping online payments, allowing seamless transactions from customers to merchants' bank accounts. With a footprint in the UK, EU, Canada, and Australia (Singapore up next!), we're seeking a talented Inbound Sales Manager (Card Acquiring) to be part of our dynamic team.
Your Mission:
As an Inbound Sales Manager at Noda, you'll be the first point of contact for inbound leads from across our global markets. Your role is to qualify and convert inbound leads into meaningful sales opportunities.
- Engage promptly with inbound leads from our website and partners
- Qualify prospects using structured criteria (e.g., business size, use case, region)
- Manage discovery calls, deliver product overviews, and set follow-up actions
- Use CRM tools to track conversations and pipeline activity
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Marketing on lead nurturing
- Identify trends in lead quality and share feedback with Marketing
- Become a product expert and confidently represent Noda in early-stage conversations
Your Skills and Experience:
- 1.5–2 years of experience in sales or business development within the payments industry, ideally with Alternative Payment Methods (APMs) and Card Acquiring.
- Proven ability to build and manage a sales pipeline, prepare commercial proposals, close deals, and guide leads through to onboarding.
- Experience working with and converting inbound leads.
- Skilled in pre-qualifying merchants for potential partnerships.
- Strong track record in managing the entire sales process from lead intake to onboarding.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Highly organized, structured, and capable of working independently.
- Confident in growing a professional network and representing Noda’s services effectively.
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
- Results-driven and passionate about customer engagement.
