At Noda we’re building seamless Open Banking solutions that make payments smarter, faster, and safer. We’re now looking for an HR Assistant to join our team and help drive the next wave of fintech innovation.
Your mission:
With around 170 people across multiple locations, three offices, and a vibrant culture, our HR team is always buzzing with activity! We’re now looking for a new teammate to join us in Riga and work closely with our Head of HR. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Planning, designing, ordering, and managing Noda merchandise (welcome gifts, holiday presents, and other branded goodies);
- Organising and running corporate events, both local and international (spoiler: they’re always awesome!);
- Taking care of office management - onsite for our Riga office, and remotely (with occasional trips) for our Warsaw and London offices;
- Supporting with administrative tasks such as keeping insurance and safety lists up to date, coordinating fitness programs and courses, handling business trips and vacation requests, and providing general HR-related assistance.
Your skills and experience:
- Around 1-2 years of experience in HR with a similar scope of responsibilities (Fintech companies on your CV are always a plus);
- Love for helping and working with people daily, and an overall positive attitude;
- Fluent Russian, and English at a B2 level or higher;
- Multitasking and great attention to detail;
- Ability to stay organised and focused in a very fast-paced environment;
- Commitment to teamwork and collaboration;
- Creativity.
