What is Noda?
Noda is reshaping online payments, allowing seamless transactions from customers to merchants' bank accounts. We're seeking a talented Technical Support Specialist to be part of our dynamic team.
Your mission:
- Support for clients (companies) in the process of integration with our functionality;
- Quality control of integrations, testing;
- Maintaining an integration FAQ;
- Support for system operation;
- Assistance in the development of integration documentation.
Your skills and experience:
- 2+ years of experience in technical support;
- Knowledge of HTTP;
- Knowledge of client-server architecture;
- Ability to investigate and troubleshoot problems by logs;
- Knowledge of both SQL/NoSQL databases;
- Fluent Russian;
- English at a level B2 or higher.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Postman, Kibana Azure and/or Microsoft .NET.
