Payments Specialist
Please note, even though 100% remote, this position is based in Latvia.

At Noda we’re building seamless Open Banking solutions that make payments smarter, faster, and safer. We’re now looking for a Payments Specialist to join our team and help drive the next wave of fintech innovation.
Your mission:
- Initiating outgoing bank payments, keeping track of incoming payments, cross-referencing payments with invoicing, reconciliation, making settlements, making bulk payments;
- Overseeing funds flows in companies’ bank accounts;
- Overseeing card payment flows;
- Checking bank details, managing payees;
- Communicating with banks and passing any requests to respective departments;
- Communicating with accounting and other related departments, responding to queries;
- Working with bookkeeping systems.
What are your skills and experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in payment processing, or in a similar role;
- Experience in Fintech will be considered as an advantage;
- Knowledge of payment systems, processes, and industry best practices;
- General ability to use MS Office;
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Fluent Russian, and English skills at the professional proficiency level or higher.
