At Noda we’re building seamless Open Banking solutions that make payments smarter, faster, and safer. We’re now looking for a Payments Specialist to join our team and help drive the next wave of fintech innovation.

Your mission:

• Initiating outgoing bank payments, keeping track of incoming payments, cross-referencing payments with invoicing, reconciliation, making settlements, making bulk payments;
• Overseeing funds flows in companies’ bank accounts;
• Overseeing card payment flows;
• Checking bank details, managing payees;
• Communicating with banks and passing any requests to respective departments;
• Communicating with accounting and other related departments, responding to queries;
• Working with bookkeeping systems.

What are your skills and experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in payment processing, or in a similar role;
• Experience in Fintech will be considered as an advantage;
• Knowledge of payment systems, processes, and industry best practices;
• General ability to use MS Office;
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail;
• Strong interpersonal skills;
• Fluent Russian, and English skills at the professional proficiency level or higher.
