Business Analyst

At Noda we’re building seamless Open Banking and Card Payments solutions that make payments smarter, faster, and safer. We’re now looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and help drive the next wave of fintech innovation.
Your mission:
- Work closely with subject matter experts in order to capture business requirements
- Writing and refining Agile stories and participating fully as a Scrum team member
- Agreeing the design of refined stories with Developers and Testers, including Acceptance Criteria
- Creating and maintaining internal product documentation and specifications to support system and process clarity
- Reviewing Design Documents
- Participating in all Scrum events
- Supporting Development throughout the build phase
- Supporting testing throughout the test phase
Your skills and experience:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a business analyst
- Strong analytical skills with high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- A team player with good cooperation skills with both business and tech people
- Ability to present information in both technical and user-friendly language
- Ability to break the high-level task down into user stories
- Experience in full project lifecycle
- Knowledge of Scrum methodology
- Experience in the use of JIRA
- Business Process Modelling
- Fluency in English language, strong written and verbal communication skills in Russian
Nice to have:
- Experience working in a fintech domain
- Technical background as a plus (APIs)
