At Noda we’re building seamless Open Banking solutions that make payments smarter, faster, and safer. We’re now looking for a Head of QA to join our team and help drive the next wave of fintech innovation.
Your responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and update test plans and test scenarios based on product requirements and user stories of the company's products
Develop and support user interface automation testing scenarios for web applications
Participate in the development, implementation, and support of the company's testing framework, and participate in reviews of the quality assurance code and its relevance
Apply and promote modern, effective product testing practices
Ensure the quality of delivered tasks, functionality, and fixes in production, preventing critical errors and unforeseen situations that may affect company revenue
Collaborate with project and cross-functional teams, participate in project discussions, and make decisions within your area of responsibility to identify, analyze, and resolve defects and software issues
Manage and coordinate testing and QA teams, support team communication, motivate team members, and facilitate their professional development
Onboard new employees and ensure their successful adaptation
Your skills and experience:
3–5 years of experience in leading a testing and quality assurance team, the ability to build processes in a team, support, motivate and develop employees
5+ years of experience in automation testing for Web and/or API products
Hands-on experience testing RESTful APIs and building automation frameworks
Knowledge of key testing methodologies: functional, regression, integration, and performance
Experience creating high-quality test documentation (test plans, test cases, and scripts)
Practical experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., MS SQL, Postgres, MongoDB, and Cosmos DB)
Solid experience in Selenium WebDriver for UI automation
Experience with Allure for test reporting
Familiarity with code reviews and best practices for clean, maintainable automation code
Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, TeamCity)
Strong analytical skills and ability to clearly interpret and communicate test results
Knowledge of performance testing tools
Experience with NUnit or other automation frameworks
Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
Russian -- native/fluent
English -- Upper-Intermediate+
Nice to have:
Experience in Fintech
Programming experience in C#, Java, Python, or JavaScript
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
