At Noda we’re building seamless Open Banking solutions that make payments smarter, faster, and safer. We’re now looking for a Data Analyst to join our team and help drive the next wave of fintech innovation.
Your mission:
Analyze large volumes of user interaction data across banking products, uncover insights, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
Create and maintain regular analytical and management reporting.
Formulate and validate hypotheses through A/B testing.
Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and account managers to solve product-related challenges.
Contribute to the launch of new, high-potential business initiatives.
Your skills and experience:
Advanced SQL skills, including experience working with large datasets and writing optimized queries.
Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with A/B testing frameworks and experimental analysis.
Experience building reports in BI tools (preferably Power BI).
Experience in process optimization and automation.
Ability to translate complex analytical insights into actionable recommendations for product teams.
Strong communication skills, including stakeholder management and the ability to clearly present results to non-technical audiences.
Russian native/fluent.
English Upper-Intermediate+
