At Noda, we’re building seamless Open Banking solutions that make payments smarter, faster, and safer. We’re now looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our team, take ownership of key merchant relationships, and drive their long-term growth with Noda.
What is Noda?
Noda is reshaping online payments, enabling seamless transactions from customers directly to merchants’ bank accounts. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to strengthen our merchant relationships and help our clients get the most out of Noda’s payment solutions.
Your mission:
Own and develop relationships with key merchants, acting as their main point of contact within Noda.
Build strong, long-term partnerships and identify opportunities to grow transactional volumes and revenue.
Take ownership of the merchant lifecycle, from onboarding and launch to ongoing development, retention, and growth.
Understand merchant performance, monitor key metrics and proactively identify opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement.
Coordinate integrations and operational matters together with Product, Technical Support, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and other internal teams.
Proactively resolve complex merchant issues and ensure they are driven to completion.
Negotiate commercial terms and identify opportunities for upselling and expanding cooperation.
Represent merchants internally while balancing their needs with Noda’s commercial and operational priorities.
Your skills and experience:
4+ years of Account Management / Key Account Management experience in B2B fintech, payments, PSP, acquiring, payment processing, or a related industry.fintech, payments, PSP, acquiring, pay
Strong experience working directly with merchants is crucial.
Proven experience managing and developing large or strategically important merchant accounts.
Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem, merchant lifecycle, payment flows, and key performance metrics.
Demonstrated experience in growing existing accounts, transactional volumes, revenue, or product adoption.
Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills.
Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at different levels, including senior decision-makers.
Comfortable owning complex client situations and coordinating multiple internal teams to reach a solution.
English and Russian at professional proficiency level (both are must-have requirements).
Strong analytical skills and confidence working with merchant performance data.
High level of ownership, independence, and accountability.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment without micromanagement.
